Hi, my name is Mark. I'm over 50 years old (yes you read correctly) and I've been training for 35+ years consistently and without exercise related injuries.
My goal is to help busy adults (gender-inclusive fitness options) to develop ways to ensure that fitness becomes a lifestyle, through exercise and nutrition programs developed to facilitate longevity and sustainability. All training levels are supported (beginner, intermediate & advanced).
My journey started when I was a skinny 15 year old in high school, when I asked my mom to buy me a cheap pair of dumbells. Once I started, I became addicted and never stopped. In a relatively short peried of time I achieved the biggest results by using science-based approaches and proven exercise techniques that were geared towards injury prevention. And I haven't looked back since!
I started Alpha Longevity Fit to help busy adults like myself, by providing personalized online fitness training and nutrition coaching tailored to each person's individual needs. I'll personally work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals, by recommending exercises and nutrition plans throughout your own personal fitness journey.
